Fairview Health Services and Ascension Ventures have exited the telehealth software provider, which has been bought by Bright Health Group.

Healthcare provider Bright Health Group has acquired US-based telehealth platform operator Zipnosis for an undisclosed amount, allowing hospital operator Fairview Health Services and corporate-backed venture capital firm Ascension Ventures to exit.
