Telkomsel's newly formed Telkomsel Mitra Inovasi vehicle has launched a $40m fund in partnership with sister unit MDI Ventures and fellow corporate venturer Singtel Innov8.

Telkomsel, the mobile network subsidiary of Indonesia-headquartered telecommunications company Telkom Indonesia, has launched a $40m VC fund in collaboration with telecoms firm Singapore Telecommunications, Business Times reported yesterday.
