SafeGuard Cyber has raised $45m in a Cisco-backed debt and equity round while Pine Labs has paid the same amount to buy portfolio company Fave.

Funding SafeGuard Cyber, a US-based provider of digital risk protection management software, has secured $45m in debt and equity financing in a round that included Cisco Investments, a subsidiary of networking technology provider Cisco.
